Wat is residuele grondwaarde?<\/h2>\n

Het uitgangspunt bij opstalontwikkeling en grondexploitatie is de residuele grondwaarde. Dit is een rekenmethode die uitgaat van de marktwaarde van het onroerend goed. De grondwaarde is niet als vanouds een vast percentage van de verkoopprijs, maar de residuele waarde voor de grond die overblijft na aftrek van alle kosten.<\/p>\n
