De planontwikkeling kent procesmatig stapsgewijze fases om van idee tot de realisatie te komen. Elke fase in deze planontwikkeling heeft zijn eigen nauwkeurigheidsniveau. De begrotingsmethodiek van Beckers Bouweconomie sluit volledig aan op deze fasering.<\/p>\n

Het voordeel van deze begrotingsindeling en calculatiemethode is, dat de aansluiting blijft bestaan met de voorgaande fase. De begrotingsindeling blijft gehandhaafd maar wordt steeds gedetailleerder uitgewerkt. Hierdoor worden afwijkingen inzichtelijker.
